We understand that the insurance claim process can be stressful. Having a contractor at your home, uncertainty about the effect that a claim will have on your rates, and making sure that your home is restored to pre-loss condition can make it a daunting experience.
That's why we set out to do things differently. Rather than providing an estimate, we work off of the scope of loss that your insurance company provides. This allows our team to work directly with your insurance carrier to get you the full coverage that you deserve and restore your home properly.
Keep reading below to learn more about our process and how we work for you.

During your initial consultation, one of our Relationship Managers will complete a full inspection of your roof and siding. This rep will identify, document, and take photos of any relevant damage that can be found on your home. After the inspection is complete, they will share what they found and walk through the next steps with you.
Your rep will then help you file your homeowners insurance claim with your carrier. If you've made a claim before, you may be familiar with how that process works. If not, your rep will be able to provide assistance in that step of the process.
After filing a claim, your insurance carrier will schedule an appointment for an adjuster to come to your property and complete their own inspection. An insurance adjuster is responsible for determining the initial coverage that the carrier will provide for you. One of our team members will also meet with the adjuster at this appointment to provide insight into the damage that we found during our inspection.
Once the adjuster has made their initial decision, your insurance company will provide you with a scope of loss that outlines the damage that they are willing to cover. This initial scope of loss is often far less than what should actually be covered on the home, but there's no need to worry. Our team will work with your carrier to get the full coverage you are owed. This process is called supplementing the claim and our team will fully handle this part of the process for you.
Your claim has been approved! Once our team has finished their process and your claim is approved, we will work with you to select products and colors. From there, we complete the work required to restore your home to its pre-loss condition.
If you need anything before your appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
